On behalf of Pain Institute of Indonesia and the InaPain 2024 organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you to InaPain 2024, the first Indonesian multidisciplinary musculoskeletal ultrasound conference on pain management. Held at the beautiful Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in Bali, Indonesia, from October 4-6, 2024, this exciting event promises a stimulating blend of professional development and a refreshing island experience. Today, we gather as a community of healthcare professionals united by our commitment to alleviating pain and improving the quality of life for our patients through innovative approaches and collaborative efforts. 

Pain, both acute and chronic, is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that presents significant challenges in clinical practice. However, advancements in musculoskeletal ultrasound technology have opened up new frontiers in the diagnosis and treatment of pain, offering us unprecedented insights and opportunities to deliver targeted, minimally invasive interventions with greater precision and efficacy.

Over the course of this conference, we will have the privilege of immerse ourselves into the latest developments in musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided interventions for pain management, exploring cutting-edge techniques, evidence-based practices, and emerging trends in the field.
